Or fax to: 0870 9505 927 How do I find products?There are two main ways to locate products on our website.Browsing : From every page you can simply select a category from left navigation menu. Searching : Use the 'Search' option located on the left hand side of the website to search for a particular type of product. Simply enter a relevant keyword that best describes the product you are after (such as 'Geranium' or 'Asparagus') and click 'search' to see a list of matching results. Using either of these methods will produce a selection of products that match your needs. To see any product in more detail, simply click 'More Info'. To add products to your Shopping Basket, just click 'Buy' (you can remove it later if you wish). Alternatively, you can enter the catalogue code in the search box and the item will appear. How do I purchase products?You can add any products that you wish to purchase to your 'Shopping Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Buy' button that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, click 'Checkout' to enter our secure area and arrange payment and delivery details. (The 'Checkout' button is located within the 'Your Basket' box on the left hand side of the website.) How can I order products if I know the catalogue codes?If you have a copy of the catalogue and know the catalogue codes for the items you wish to order, you can enter the codes without having to locate the item. Select the "Order Form" link in the bar at the top of the page, enter the catalogue code(s). Click the submit button and a list of the items you have entered will appear. You have the option from here to change the quantity, add or delete items and proceed to the checkout. How can I see what's in my Shopping Basket?The number of products in your Shopping Basket and their total cost (minus delivery charges, which will be calculated at the Checkout) is shown in the 'Your Basket' box located on the left hand side of the website at all times. To see the contents of 'Your Basket' in more detail, just click 'View'. How do I remove products from my Shopping Basket?To see the contents of your Shopping Basket in more detail, just click 'View' that appears within the 'Your Basket' box located on the left hand side of the website at all times. From 'Your Basket', simply click 'Delete Item' and you will be shown your current list of products. Simply select 'Remove' alongside any product you wish to remove from your basket. Your amended list of selected products will then appear. How do I select multiple items?If you wish to purchase more multiples of any product, simply add that product to your Shopping Basket, then click the 'View' button that appears within the 'Your Basket' box located on the left hand side of the website. From your basket click 'Change Quantity', this will refresh your current list of chosen products with the original quantity appearing in a box next to each. Change this number to the quantity you require of each item and click 'Submit' to confirm. Your amended list of selected products will then appear. What forms of payment do you accept?We currently accept orders paid by Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch. We will not charge your card until your order is available for despatch. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will not charge for this until it is available to be sent. If you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or RHS and National Garden Gift Vouchers, we can only accept your order by mail. All prices shown are in � (GBP) sterling, and include VAT (where applicable). We regret that at this time we can only accept orders paid in sterling. What notification will I receive?You will receive confirmation by email that the order has been received, providing you with an order number that you can use to track your order by telephone. Is it safe to shop online with RHS Enterprises Ltd?When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure servers using SSL 128 bit encryption. A closed padlock will show in your browser status bar. This means that your personal and card details are fully encrypted, and remain secure across the Internet and after they reach our order processing centre. When you submit your order at the Checkout, your personal information will be encrypted before leaving your computer. This information will remain encrypted until it is received by our secure server at which stage the information you have provided will be verified. A confirmation that your order has been received safely will be displayed on your screen a few moments later. Are my personal details safe with RHS Enterprises Ltd?We respect your privacy and all personal information obtained through this Web site is kept secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not attempt to gain any personal information about you without your knowledge. The information requested from you at the checkout is considered the minimum required to process your order efficiently. From time to time we would like to inform you of new products or special offers from RHS Enterprises Ltd and make your name and address information available only to carefully screened companies whose products or services we feel may interest you. If you do not wish to receive such contacts, please check the relevant box at the check out before submitting your order, or you can contact us. How and when are products delivered and how much does it cost?Postage and packing charges are per delivery address. Add p&p charges for each additional delivery address (excluding Gift Calendars). Our charge of £3.95 covers packaging to all UK addresses. Orders will be despatched at the despatch date listed alongside each product's detail page. Depending on weight, size and destination orders are sent with Royal Mail or Business Express. Can I return goods?If you are not completely happy with any purchase please notify us within seven days of receipt for a replacement. Your statutory rights will not be affected. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions that come with your order. Please retain a 'proof of postage' receipt from the post office. Goods lost (without proof of postage) or arriving damaged will not be credited. Goods must be returned at your cost, unless incorrect or faulty.
